According to the police report, the complaint filed by Vaibhav Kwatra reveals that the incident occurred at Supernova West Residency in Noida’s Sector 94, where Bindra and Yanika reside. What began as a family dispute took a troubling turn when Yanika intervened to mediate between Bindra and his mother, Prabha.
This intervention resulted in Yanika becoming the victim of physical assault. The FIR outlines that, shortly after their wedding on December 6, Bindra allegedly subjected Yanika to verbal abuse, pulled her hair, and physically assaulted her inside their residence. The complaint further claims that Yanika is experiencing hearing issues due to the assault, and her phone was reportedly broken during the incident.
Apart from the domestic violence accusations, Vivek Bindra is also under scrutiny for an alleged scam involving his company, Bada Business Private Limited (BBPL). Fellow motivational speaker and YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari released a video titled “Big Scam Expose” on his YouTube channel, featuring testimonials from students who claimed to have been deceived by Bindra’s company.
Bindra, who serves as the CEO of BBPL and boasts millions of followers on YouTube and Instagram, has denied all the allegations surrounding the alleged scam.
