Recently, netizens have been coping with strange cuisine fusions a nd, just when they thought they’d recovered from the horrific recollections of Khandavi Ice Cream Rolls and Maggi Milkshakes, here’s another round of cringing. The most recent experimental recipe, which was sent to everyone’s social media feeds from the state of Gujarat, has made the internet quite furious.
Strange dosa attempts have become well-known in North India. A vendor can be seen preparing a dosa with almost an entire block of butter in a video posted to Twitter. If that wasn’t enough, the seller then piles on schezwan sauce, coconut chutney, dry spices, mint mayonnaise, and tandoori mayonnaise before finishing with fresh cream. After that, he mashes everything together before adding the paneer.
The video is driving Twitter users insane in the comments section, with many adding their own quips and opinions on it.
