The Indian National Congress was formed in 1885. The party which wishes to regain power, has released its manifesto for the Karnataka 2023 elections. It will reject the National Education Policy (NEP). To make mid-day meals more nutritious. To establish job-oriented skill education centers in all colleges and universities. To set up 10 special education schools and employ special ed teachers on a permanent basis.
It will provide ration cards and other important identity cards to those of transgender community.
A special law to punish those perpetrators of corruption will be enacted to put an end to corruption in public works and create a transparent tender system in the Public Works Department (PWD). The party if elected to power will bring back an efficient government system.
