Robotic Engineers from the US have created the ‘World’’s Fastest Shoes’. The makers have claimed that with these shows the walkers can boost their speed by 11 km per hour.
The 300-watt electric motorized shoes help the users walk without using their hands. They also have a special feature that helps the user climb up the stairs. “You don’t have to learn how to use them, the shows learn from you,” said the company in a statement.

The shoes are known as Moonwalkers. Powered by Artificial Intelligence, these shows have eight small wheels. The makers have reiterated the point that although ‘Moonwalkers’ might look like skaters they are not. “You don’t skate in them, you walk,” read the statement further.

“These shoes are not something you lace up and wobble away on – they’re highly engineered additions to your shoes that you strap on and walk at the speed of a run,” stated that company.
The shoes require a charge for 1.5 hours to cover a distance of 10 km. These highly specialised ‘smart shoes’ cost around Rs. 1,15,960.
