GlantorX, a venture known for its market research, recently recognised the women leaders from 2022. The purpose was to honour the passionate and visionary women who made it to the top, with their hard work, and persistence. The aim of these awards is to celebrate the women from all sectors of life who have broken the social barriers, in some manner or the other, and have come out triumphant.
GlantorX serves the purpose of inspiring the younger generation of women, in a rather patriarchal society.
Puja Chandra, a Bengaluru based corporate figure and a philanthropist, was awarded for her immense and consistent contribution to society, via social activism and philanthropy. The GlantorX awardee has helped corporates like Capgemini, TCS, and Accenture grow with her experience, which lasted over a decade. Her stint there helped her gain a stronghold on leadership qualities and man-management.
The experience of working alongside several MNCs has made Mrs Chandra a strong advocate for people development and branding. By helping the city and society during the COVID 19 lockdown, she has gained herself a reputation as a fine social worker.
Mrs Puja currently serves as the director of TekZenith, which provides tech solutions to Mobile Applications and Website designing. The venture is based out of Bangalore. Mrs Chandra is the state president of Kadam Karnataka and also heads the Women Cell of GKC.
The woman entrepreneur was recently honoured on the occasion of Bihar Diwas, for her contribution in several fields, as a professional. Besides, Mrs Chandra also has a keen interest in the political activities around her, and her experience in dealing with leaders from around the globe has helped her in understanding and assessing the political climate of the country better.
