The Other Side
Sudhir Reddy has refuted the claims. According to a report by The News Minute, he has stated that the property belongs to him. “Lucky Ali is an alien to said property which originally belonged to Yeshwant Shenoy and was sold to Mansoor Ali, who sold it to me,” Reddy said.
Adding to the claim, Reddy also stated that an injunction order was passed, which prohibited the singer from interfering with the property in 2016.
Another alleged in the case, Madhusudhan Reddy stated that he had filed an FIR against Ali on November 28th. Reddy claimed to have been assaulted by the supporters of the singer when he visited the property.
Lucky Ali has filed a complaint regarding the same with the Assistant Commissioner of Police but alleged that there has been no response from their end.
“They are forcibly and illegally coming inside my farm and refusing to show the relevant documents,” said Ali.
Statement by the IAS officer
The IAS officer blamed by Ali has opened up about the issue. According to a report by The Indian Express, she stated that she is not involved in the issue, and also stated that she would file a defamation case against Lucky for naming her in the issue.
“There is an injunction against Ali [over his claim to the property] and his statements are contemptuous…“He is just trying to throw mud at me.” Sindhuri said to The Indian Express.
