The most loved comedy franchise of the Hindi film cinema is all set to return with a third installment. Reports suggest that the shooting of the film has already begun in the Empire studios in Nashik.
The third installment of the Phir Hera Pheri series has been in the news since the beginning of the year. In one of his interviews, Akshay Kumar stated that he was offered the third part but he opted out due to differences in the script.

The statement led to a massive discussion on social media. It was later reported that on public demand the producer of the film re-initiated the discussion regarding the project with Khiladi Kumar again, and he is believed to have given a green signal.
There were several rumours regarding the film. It was also stated that Kartik Aaryan might reprise the role of Akshay Kumar in the film, however, there was no development on that news later.
