A fact check by the co-founder of Alt News, Mohammed Zubair found that the man is holding a water bottle. The same video, if played fully shows that the man was putting water in the gulab jamun from a particular angle, which could be mistaken for him urinating in the same.
He is pouring kevda i guess that's done for good smell

People in the comments section have claimed that the man might be adding a ‘Gulab Jal in the gulab jamun. As the practice of doing so is quite common. The shape of the bottle is said to resemble the one which is used for keeping Gulab Jal.
Most probably gulaab jal, which is very common to add on gulaab jamun and the shape and sticker of the glass bottle looks like it.

The speculations about the man urinating in the gulab jamuns were made as the man’s belt was out. People have also questioned the reason behind keeping the belt open if the intent was to just pour water in gulab jamun.
How do you know , He collected his ** in bottle and poured it in GJ.
Nevertheless, there 100s of video of old Muslim cart vendors washing veg with their ***. You may want to buy those veg and taste it to fact check

That dangling belt isn't helping the case but only adding to the mystery until the bottle is seen. 😁
