Several news portals are carrying reports regarding the amount paid by the RRR cast to get an Oscar entry. Here is all you need to know about this scoop.
According to a few reports, except for MM Keeravani and lyricist Chandra Bose, all the others who attended the event, including SS Rajamouli, Ram Charan, NTR Jr., and their family members had to pay the entry fee to be present there.
The movie’s chartbuster song Naatu Naatu earned a nomination at the Oscars and eventually ended up winning in the best original song category. To attend the ceremony, the makers of the song got a free pass, whereas the director purchased passes for the rest of the cast and crew who attended the event. Reports suggest that the pass costs around $25,000 per head, which is around Rs. 20,00,000.

SS Rajamouli paid a hefty amount to get passes for the Oscars 2023. He paid for his family, Jr NTR, Ram Charan and his wife.learnt that the per person rate was approx 20.6 lakhs,RRR director spent a colossal sum of approx 1.44 crores to make his team a part of a historic night.

Rajamouli was accompanied by his wife, son, and other family members. Ram Charan was accompanied by his wife Upasana, while Jr. NTR attended the event without his family.
