The Kempegowda International Airport has announced that they will temporarily halt civil flight operations. The halt will last up to three hours and will start on February 8.
The airport operators stated that the decision has been taken ahead of upcoming Aero India 2023 on account of a biennial air show.
The airport authorities have suggested the passengers contact their particular airline company to solve the queries about the changed and revised timetable.
Several passengers have stated that the airlines did not keep them in check about the cancellation of the flights. The information was expected to be conveyed at the time of booking the tickets.
The Prime Minister of the country is set to officially launch the event at the IAF base in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The event is expected to gather several thousand spectators.
