Due to a regulation violation, Twitter has suspended “Kantara” actor Kishore Kumar’s account. Mr Kumar, who is also well-known for his roles in the online series “She” and the first season of “The Family Man,” was active on the platform under the handle “@actorkishore.”

His Education:
In Kunigal, Tumakuru district, Karnataka, Kishore Kumar attended St Teresa’s School and Sri Siddhartha High School. In 1996, he enrolled in the National College, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Kishore earned his Master’s degree in Kannada literature from Bangalore University in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in 2000.
Family Of Farmers:
Kishore comes from a farming family, and he and his wife, Vishalakshi Padmanabhan, co-founded Buffalo Back Collective. She began farming after realising that the country’s current agriculture industry does not adequately support farmers and that a paradigm shift is required.
Buffalo Back Collective is a collection of farmers, led by Vishalakshi, who raise vegetables responsibly and sell them at its outlets in Bengaluru. All of the crops are cultivated organically and sustainably. By eliminating middlemen, Buffalo Back hopes to create a model in which most earnings go to farmers.
His Initial Career:
Kishore worked as a Kannada literature lecturer at Sharda College in Bengaluru for two years before pursuing a career in acting. Kishore mentioned in an interview that the college professors and management disliked his teaching style. He also worked as a salesman for newspapers such as the Deccan Herald and Prajavani.
After leaving his position as a lecturer, Kishore began working as an assistant to fashion designer Vidyasagar, a professor at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).

Kishore made his acting debut in the Kannada film Kanti in 2004, playing the part of Beera. Kishore made his Telugu debut in 2006 with the film Happy, in which he played ACP Rathnam. In 2007, he made his Tamil debut as Selvam in the film Polladhavan.
Kishore made his Malayalam debut in 2012 with the film Thiruvambadi Thamban, in which he played Shakthivel. Kishore rose to prominence in 2013 when he played Veerappan in the Kannada film Attahasa. He made waves in 2022 when he acted in two films, one as a forest officer in Kannada’s Kantara and another as Ravi Dasan in Tamil’s Ponniyin Selvan: I.
His Web Series:
Kishore made his digital debut as Vikram in the Telugu web series High Priestess on Zee5 in April 2019. On Amazon Prime Video in September 2019, he played the part of Imran Pasha in the Hindi web series The Family Man.
He appeared as Ram in the Telugu web series Addham on Aha in 2020. In 2022, he starred as Nayak in the second season of the Hindi web series She on Netflix. In an interview, he stated that he was not auditioned for the character of Nayak but that his video on farming drew Imtiaz Ali, the web series’ director, to him.
His Favourite Past Time:
Kishore runs a property at Kari Kaadu Thota, near the Bannerghatta Biological Park in Bengaluru, where he and his wife practise organic farming.
He stated in an interview that during the Covid-19 lockdown, he spent his time farming and added, “I spent the lockdown devoted to full- fledged farming. Not much of it is carefully planned, as I am trying to make sense of what grows well there. We did, however, try our hand at growing green gram, cow pea, paddy and ragi, among others.”
Moreover, he stated that if he had not become an actor, he would have become a farmer or a writer. During an interview, he discussed his interests in farming and literature.
